1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellation by the Client
- Clients may cancel a service agreement by providing a written notice at least 15 days before the scheduled start or renewal date of the service.
- Cancellations received after the notice period may incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total project cost to cover administrative and preparatory expenses.
- For ongoing services (e.g., monthly marketing campaigns), cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
1.2 Service Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- The client fails to provide necessary information or approvals.
- Payments are delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeline.
- The client violates our Terms and Conditions.
- In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Payments
- Setup Fees: Any fees related to initial setup or consultation are non-refundable.
- Completed Work: Payments for services already rendered (e.g., completed campaigns, delivered assets) are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, software licenses) are non-refundable.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If services have not commenced as per the agreed timeline.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to reasons on our end.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
2.3 Partial Refunds
- In cases where partial work has been completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work delivered.
- Administrative fees or any cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent to contact@newlix.in with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Full name
- Contact details
- Service details
- Reason for the refund request
- We will review the request within 2 business days and notify the client of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 8 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided if delays or issues arise due to:
- The client failing to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals on time.
- Changes in scope or additional requests made by the client outside the original agreement.
5. Disputes
If there is a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly at contact@newlix.in or in a meeting. We will work with you to resolve the matter amicably.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
